    Returns, Exchange & Refunds

    If you want to return or exchange your purchase, please know that you can return or exchange your item/s within 15 days upon receipt of your order.

    Apparel must not be worn or laundered, unopened, and its original tags must be attached for us to accept a return. Ordering the incorrect size or style does not qualify for a return or exchange.

    How can I initiate a domestic return and refund? 

    1. Email support@dharmann.com, and don't forget to include your order number so we can help you more quickly!

    2. We will email you a pre-paid return label and other details about your return/refund. Print the label and attach it to your return package. 

    3. Ship the merch back to us!

     

    How can I initiate an international return and refund? 

    Unfortunately, we're not able to send return labels overseas! We'll need you to cover that cost, but the good news is - we will refund your original shipping cost.

    How can I make an exchange?

    How can I get a replacement for a damaged or incorrect item? 

    Email support@dharmann.com, we'll take care of it! 

    How can I get a refund or replacement for an item not delivered?

    Replacements and refunds for orders not delivered can be processed as long as the request is valid, and was made not more than 15 days after the order date, or the last tracking update. Please email support@dharmann.com for any questions.

     

    Returns and Refund policy: Returns accepted up to 15 days after receipt of purchase. Returned merchandise must be unworn / unwashed, undamaged, and in the condition it was received. Returns must be requested through support@dharmann.com before mailing back any merchandise. A shipping label will be provided for domestic customers. International customers cannot be provided with a certified return label, and will have to cover shipping and returns. The Dhar Mann team will process returned items within 10 days of delivery, after which the refund will be initiated. Customers will be refunded the total merchandise cost and original shipping. Refunds can take 5-10 days to credit, which varies depending on bank.
